After six years of silence, Bajofondo returned with a new album. The record started in Juan's studio, with the band playing together, using improvisation as a point of departure. Aura took two years of work and the album marry its psychedelic spirit with Rio de la Plata roots and sophisticated string arrangements made by Alejandro Terán. As happened with all Bajofondo albums, Juan and Gustavo Santaolalla produced Aura.
